The MPSA Board, Technical Director, and Coaches are looking forward to another successful season of soccer in 2024-2025. As we approach the beginning of our indoor training program, our parents must be informed about our fees for the season and what these fees support within our Club.
The 2024-2025 Champion and Provincial League Fees look as follows:
NL Champion & NL Premier League - Per player
These fees are a slight increase over our 2023-2024 fees and are a reflection of a line-by-line analysis of last year’s actual expenses, as explained below.
The expenses for MPSA fall into seven categories, and we feel it is important that our parents understand what these costs are. The most obvious cost is the rental fees for the facilities we use in the wintertime. However, we also factor in the cost of our uniforms, employee salaries, soccer-related equipment and supplies, NLSA and League fees, club overhead costs, and club projects.
Category | U12 - U17 |
Uniforms | $175.00 |
Facility Rentals | $435.00 |
Staff Costs | $175.00 |
Equipment & Supplies | $65.00 |
NLSA & League Fees | $80.00 |
Coach Education and Club Projects | $30.00 |
Other & Admin Fees | 40.00 |
TOTAL Fee 2025 | $1000.00 |
NL Premier League players are required to have 2 different colored kits while NL Championship League players are required 1 kit only. One kit is included in the registration. The second kit is to be paid separately (team fundraising is encouraged).
This year every player will receive MPSA training top.
Facility fees are based on the season registration numbers and the overall need for training space. Cost is shared amongst all players.
Game Time: All Premier League and Championship League teams will have the opportunity to schedule age-appropriate games at the Techniplex on Saturdays from 8:00 to 9:00 PM throughout the winter. The schedule is still being finalized and will be shared by the coaches once confirmed.
MPSA employs a full-time Technical Director and Office Administrator as well as a variety of summer staff.
Our summer programing is one of the largest in the province and generally employs approx. 40 students between June and August each season.
For all players registered with any soccer program, the NLSA collects a per-player registration fee. Other costs include year-end for NL Premier, NL Championship, and Metro which include the costs of referees, field rentals, and staff. These costs are included in “NLSA and League Fees”.
Coaching Education is also an important component of our club's growth and success. MPSA advocates for higher-level learning and supports our volunteer coaches to obtain the required coaching certifications in line with NLSA and Canada Soccer.
